With over 46 years of experience with workers’ compensation and SSD claims, we handle all aspects of disability claims from start to finish. A former New York State Workers’ Compensation Referee (Law Judge) founded our firm with the goal of providing experienced, aggressive and effective legal advocacy for our clients. For over 40 years, attorneys from our firm have protected the rights of injured workers and their families.

  • Jaime Adames - Working with Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews , LLP since 2010, Jamie has extensive knowledge in Workers' Compensation Law and excels helping clients in high-pressure situations. 


  • Scott R. Goldstein - A member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Rockland County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Associations of Sullivan and Orange Counties, as well as the Work Injury Law Group, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.


  • Louis Dauerer - Lou started at Ouimette, Goldstein, & Andrews, LLP in 1990 as an intern during his first year of law school.  A member of the Dutchess County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Representatives, the Injured Workers' Bar Association, and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. Also on the Board of the New York Workers' Compensation Alliance, which is a Political Action Committee dedicated to the cause of injured workers.


  • Edie Adams - Joined Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews, LLP in 1994. Edie is a member of the New York State Bar Association the Dutchess County Bar Association, and the Injured Workers' Bar Association. She is also licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut and Washington D.C.


  • Jacqueline Heubach - Jacqueline L. Heubach joined the firm in 2019, bringing with her 32 years of experience in the field of Workers' Compensation and 12 years of experience in the field of Social Security Disability.


  • John Lindholm - An attorney at Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews, LLP since 1988. John handles all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, as well as frequently appearing at Social Security Disability hearings.   • Eva Panchyshyn - Majority of her career practicing Workers’ Compensation Law, and, to a lesser extent, Social Security Law. Been with Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews, LLP since 2001.  Having grown up in the Hudson Valley, Eva understands the unique challenges and needs of the clients.
