Scott Goldstein joined Ouimette, Goldstein, & Andrews in 1995 and has served as managing partner since his father's retirement in 2005. Scott was raised in Orange County and graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School. He graduated from The State University of New York at Albany with a BS in Business Administration and a JD from New York Law School.
Since joining the Law Firm in 1995, Scott has developed extensive experience in handling Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Railroad Retirement claims. Scott is a member of the Injured Workers Bar Association, the Orange County Bar, Rockland County Bar, New York State Bar Association, Workplace Injury Litigation Group, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
Scott is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Rockland County Community Jewish Center. In his free time Scott enjoys tennis, golf and basketball. Scott is an active and valued member of these associations:
