Jacqueline Heubach, Esq

Jackie has been with the firm since 2019. Admitted to practice in 1987, she specialized in Workers' Compensation from the outset and has over 35 years of experience in that field. Her past representation on behalf of insurance carriers allows her to maximize benefits for injured workers, as she can anticipate the carrier's defenses to claims. In 2007, Jackie added Social Security Disability to her practice and has over 15 years of experience handling Social Security Disability and SSI claims.

She is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, graduating from Valley Central High School in Montgomery and Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, where she obtained a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in history/political science and psychology. In addition, she attended Albany Law School of Union University, earning her JD degree in 1986.

Jackie has been an avid participant in her community, volunteering as an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America for over 25 years and being active in her church. In addition, she enjoys participating with her family in Civil War living history events when not working or volunteering. Jackie is a member of the:
