Eva Panchyshyn has been practicing law since 2000 and joined OGA in 2001.

Having been born and raised in Ulster County, Eva graduated from Rondout Valley High School in Accord. She graduated from Albany Law School after obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester.

Eva completed several internships during college and law school which were dedicated toward helping others, including Social Security Disability claimants. This made her a natural fit for a firm like OGA which is dedicated towards helping inured workers.

As a lifelong Hudson Valley resident she understands the unique challenges and needs of her hard working clientele. She remains active in her local community. Eva enjoys ballroom dancing, reading, growing herbs, spending time with her family and playing with her pet pugs. Eva is a member of:
